We won’t share your personal information with other companies. We will only use your information for the purpose for which it was collected (for example to send you a brochure). When you order on line, we collect certain details including email address, telephone number and credit card numbers. We require these to process the order properly. Accuracy of Content

Felt Nation ensures that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products as they appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Shipment Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in your Account.

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way. Usually our goods are shipped by a courier company “DHL” or “FedEx”(???).

If you choose the standard shipment service, your items can be shipped by the Mongolian Post company “Mongol Shuudan” in 10 or 15 days. In some cases it might take 3 weeks depending on circumstances.

Shipment Charges

Shipping costs for orders from Feltnationart.com vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and can not be refunded. We recommend items worth more than USD 300 to be shipped by DHL.  

If you choose to ship items as soon as possible, the following rates are used by DHL:

Items Requiring Special Handling

Items that require special shipping and handling ( for example, items that are large and /or heavy) are marked on their product detail pages as such. Note that in some cases, these items require an adult signature upon delivery.

Undelivered Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us using the link near the bottom of this page.

Why Was My Package Undelivered?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Address Format. If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number.

Other Address Problems. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.

In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.

Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

Cancellation Right

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with exception of Made to Order Items).

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Feltnationart.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Law and Language

This website, any content herein and any contract brought into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Law of Mongolia. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mongolia. All contacts are concluded in English.
